1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and in all phjl33 platform communications:

• "phjl33" refers to the platform operating at phjl33.cam, including its website, mobile interface, games, promotional systems, wallet infrastructure, and all associated services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a phjl33 account or who accesses the phjl33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal, non-transferable player account created upon successful registration at phjl33.cam.
• "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held within your phjl33 Account, consisting of Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where applicable.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method, net of any withdrawals, and winnings derived therefrom.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by phjl33 subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions, support services, and wallet functions available on the phjl33 platform.
• "Philippine Standard Time (PST)" is the time zone (UTC+8) applicable to all phjl33 operational and promotional timelines unless otherwise specified.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

By registering a phjl33 account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout the duration of your use of the platform. phjl33 reserves the right to request government-issued photographic identification at any point to verify age eligibility. Accounts that fail to satisfy age verification requirements will be suspended and any funds held therein will be frozen pending investigation.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use phjl33:

• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any territory where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of phjl33 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, either voluntary (through phjl33's own responsible gaming tools) or mandatory (imposed by a regulatory authority).
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

3Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phjl33 platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your phjl33 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account profile promptly if any details change.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjl33 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phjl33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact phjl33 support immediately at [email protected].

phjl33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to suspend or close any existing account, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

4KYC & Identity Verification

phjl33 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, upon the first withdrawal request, when a player's cumulative withdrawal total reaches a defined threshold, or at any time phjl33 deems it necessary to verify a player's identity or the source of funds.

Acceptable KYC documents for Filipino players include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID
• Philippine Passport (data page)
• UMID Card (SSS, GSIS)
• Driver's License issued by the LTO
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC
• PhilHealth ID or PRC ID

In addition to identity documents, phjl33 may request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by phjl33 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

5Deposits

phjl33 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phjl33 Wallet within 30 seconds to two minutes. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are generally credited within 15 minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day to reflect. phjl33 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or third-party payment processor.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

6Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to having completed KYC verification and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonus-related winnings. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period, with higher limits available to verified players in VIP tiers.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash — within 15 minutes for standard amounts; PayMaya — within 30 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within one to three banking hours during business days. Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next available business day. phjl33 reserves up to 48 hours to process withdrawals pending additional security review.

phjl33 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal request if there is reasonable cause to investigate the transaction for AML compliance, potential fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any delay and given the opportunity to provide supporting documentation where relevant.

7Bonuses & Promotions

phjl33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your phjl33 account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount plus bonus.

Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10% per PHP wagered. Slots generally contribute 100%. Sports bets must meet a minimum odds threshold to contribute. E-sabong and fishing games may have variable contribution rates as specified per promotion. phjl33 reserves the right to modify contribution rates with prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

phjl33 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, systematic betting on opposite outcomes across multiple accounts, and participation in promotions using funds derived from third-party sources. Where bonus abuse is identified, phjl33 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.

Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus credits and any associated free spins expire thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses and any winnings accrued but not yet withdrawn at the time of expiry will be removed from the Wallet without compensation.

8Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phjl33 platform operate according to the specific rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the rules applicable to that game. In the event of a discrepancy between rules displayed in a game interface and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for gameplay matters.

Slot games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers in licensed studio environments and their outcomes are determined by physical events (card draws, roulette wheel spins, dice rolls) captured on video in real time. phjl33 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports betting markets are offered at phjl33's published odds at the time a bet is placed. Bets placed on markets that are later voided due to event cancellation, abandonment, or administrative error will be refunded at the original stake to your Wallet. phjl33 reserves the right to void any bet placed under incorrect odds due to a manifest technical error.

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, phjl33's server-side game logs shall be the authoritative record of the game state at the time of interruption. Where a game round was in progress, phjl33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete or void the round in accordance with its documented game continuation policy.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjl33 platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the phjl33 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account to access phjl33 services.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phjl33 games or exploit platform features.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any game where shared information provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games. Any winnings derived from a recognized error are not payable and will be voided.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or disputes on legitimate phjl33 transactions.
• Using phjl33 to launder money or conduct any transaction in violation of Philippine AML laws.
• Accessing phjl33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or assisting a person under 21 years of age to access your phjl33 account.

10Responsible Gaming

phjl33 is committed to responsible gaming and provides players with a comprehensive set of self-management tools accessible via Account Settings at any time. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your phjl33 Wallet. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a minimum of 72 hours.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period, after which further wagering is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous activity to help manage your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your ability to log in for 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed mid-period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from accessing phjl33 for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 12 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of submission.

11Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by phjl33 is governed by the phjl33 Privacy Policy, available at phjl33.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

phjl33 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your data is processed for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and platform improvement. phjl33 does not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketing organizations.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the phjl33 platform — including but not limited to the phjl33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of phjl33 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phjl33 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any phjl33 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of phjl33 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phjl33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by technical failures beyond phjl33's reasonable control.

phjl33's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjl33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and third-party service disruptions (including those affecting GCash, PayMaya, or banking providers) are outside phjl33's direct control and do not give rise to liability claims.

14Account Termination

You may request closure of your phjl33 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, phjl33 will process the request within two business days. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

phjl33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or AML violation, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or at phjl33's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to phjl33's regulatory obligations or business interests. Where an account is closed due to a proven breach, phjl33 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance as recompense for damages caused.

15Amendments to These Terms

phjl33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phjl33 will provide notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed upon login. The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the phjl33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

16Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws and the regulatory framework under which phjl33 operates. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies designated under phjl33's operating license for the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall be read as limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Philippine law, including rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
